Evidence, not a promise.
AI recommendations are not fixed. A useful report tells you what was sampled, what was observed, and what remains uncertain.
Ask real customer questions. More than once.
A planned paid scan asks 10 customer-style questions across four engines—ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Gemini—with three runs per question. Each report will preserve the question, model, timestamp, full answer, and cited sources. The free scan is a light sample: four questions, two engines, one run, eight answers.
One score. Three transparent signals.
- Mention rate · 60%: how often your business appears in sampled answers.
- Top-three rate · 25%: how often it appears among the first three recommendations.
- Cited-as-source rate · 15%: how often your own website is cited.
Visibility score = (mention rate × 0.60 + top-three rate × 0.25 + cited-as-source rate × 0.15) × 100. We report the answer count alongside the score.
Readiness is different from visibility.
Visibility describes what AI does in a sample. Readiness describes your business’s verified digital foundation: Google profile completeness (25%), reviews (20%), website readability and schema (20%), contact consistency (15%), source presence (15%), and service/FAQ content (5%). A strong foundation does not guarantee a recommendation.
What we cannot prove
Results vary by run, user, location, and model updates. We do not claim affiliation with or endorsement by any AI provider. We cannot edit AI answers. Google profile posts and Q&A, Apple Maps, and Bing Places require manual checks where official APIs cannot verify them.
About the current sample
The dashboard uses fictional businesses and illustrative results. It is not customer evidence, a testimonial, or a live scan. Live scanning is not enabled in this first-stage release.
